Untitled (Scroll) transforms circulation space into a space of participation. Rather than treating architecture as a neutral container, the reflective surface incorporates visitors into the work itself. As people move through the corridor, their reflections dissolve into the floral imagery and geometric structure, creating an experience that changes with occupation and movement. The piece becomes complete only when activated by people passing through it.
The reflective surface does not behave like a mirror. Instead of returning a fixed image, it fragments and softens the viewer into shifting fields of color, light, and movement. Visitors become temporarily embedded within the composition before dissolving back out of it.
The result is not simply a mural installed onto architecture, but an environment that responds to presence.
In this way, the work transforms passage into participation.
